    Great router but not new as advertised

    Router does what you need. Would be better if it was actually new. Turns out it was used with light coating of wood dust around the base. Also missing collet wrench. Had to buy a new one.

    Handy router

    I purchased this router to cut dado's and some round overs on a deck I am building. So far I have made 50 or so dado joints with a 1/2 inch dia. bit @ 3/8 inch depth and rounded off over 150 linear feet of lumber using a 3/8 inch round over bit. This router has been fantastic addition to my collection of ryobi cordless tools.

    i use it for “edge round-over” of my woodworking projects. I can leave this router permanently set up. It’s light and powerful for this use vs corded fixed base router.

    very convenient trim router

    Loving this router for simple edging. Don't notice any lack of power, and not fighting with a cord. Only negative is the small base sometimes makes it easy to lean the router away from the work, but this is true with any trim router. Will be pretty easy to make an auxiliary plate.
