This is a good basic book on using an indoor smoker. The general techniques and tips that are described for using an indoor smoker are all very useful. The recipes are fairly basic for the most part and work well. The recipes can serve more as a starting point for you to embellish or modify to suit your own food tastes. Overall, a good purchase which has helped me to get off to a great start with my new indoor smoker.
