The service from this seller is second to none. Great communication and dealt with my query immediately. Unfortunately the item is too narrow for my feet even though worn around the home for a day or two, they have not allowed my feet to wear in/shape to my foot at all and so I can not wear them. I would say if you have narrow feet, these cloggs are a great purchase, super soft under foot, but if your feet are wide, I would not reccommend.
