  • The answer I've been looking for for years.

    I've now been on the Fast Diet for over three months and it is still the best thing. If you've had problems with weight, this might be just what you've been looking for. But - my recommendation is READ THE BOOK FIRST! Two days of light eating per week - that's do-able. It sets everything out so that we understand why we're doing this and learn the system easily. The book has the charts that we need to make up our own recipes - as well as the nine low calorie days of meals (for both men and women) set out for us to get us started. The fast days are easy because they are days of light eating (rather than no eating), and because it's only two days a week, I look forward to those days because I feel better from them. I find them easy because I know the next day I can eat normally again. ...
