    Energetic and Entertaining, A Great Workout!!!

    I gave this 5 stars because it not only worked my body but wasn't hard to do or follow. I also enjoyed that it held my interest and that the instructors were engaging. I needed a great workout for my step that I had just gotten and I am so glad to have found this set of dvd's because they are PERFECT!!!

    The Firm _ Good Too Go!

    The Firm is always a great at home workout. The products are easy to use and get great results. These DVD's are no different ~ works all muscle groups, hit the cardio, abs and stretching! A well rounded program. I love The Firm workouts and will continue to buy them.

    The Firm - Body Sculpting System: 3-Pack (2005, DVD)

    I had these DVD's and wanted a second set. Love, love, love The Firm workout. It is fun and produces results. I do the workout 3-4 times a week. It has reshaped my 42-year old body. Following the South Beach diet and doing the firm (w/ weights) I have lost 35+ pounds beginning about a year ago and have gone from a size 12 to a size 4. I continue to maintain my weight and The Firm definitely is the reason why I do so. I would recommend this workout to anyone.
