Keith Allen is wonderful as Palmer, and the rest of the cast take their parts equally well. The Victorian setting and costumes are also wonderful. There is an absolutely chilling scene with Palmer and one of his newborn children. I have watched it alone, then with friends, and have recommended it to friends. A great production!
