Great transmitter
Same solid quality Traxxas has been known for in this transmitter. The Bluetooth capability in this newest transmitter is a wonderful and necessary feature for programming settings into the rc car reciever. It's great having telemetry data on speed, volts and temperature from the car displayed onto my cell phone. A must when using LiPo batteries. Only bad feature so far is battery compartment only accepts "AA" batteries. Previous transmitter models had the ability to use rechargeable 3 cell receiver pack batteries. Sure beats disposable alkalines. Do not use 1.2volt rechargeable NiMh batteries as suggested in the instructions. These are too low voltage. Definitely don't use the new LiPo "AA" batteries. These hold a steady voltage till the end then they just quit unlike the slow voltage drop continuously with alkaline. Spend the money and use alkalines!

If you can afford it, go for it!
The radio is very light and responsive. The amazing app is easy to do and once you have all the servo rates, sensitivity and direction, you're off to the races and that's it! Also, the management stabilizer is unbelievable. When doing wheelies, you see the auto correction of the steering while it is in the air, based on the sensing of where the car is pulling to.
