TQI capable
It links to your tqi transmitter with no issues. Got more range out of it that was too! a cheaper option for people who like to build em from scratch if you don"t need many channels. antenna is very short but i ran mine down two blocks and never lost signal. maybe the stock transmitter is reason for shorter range on the latrax vehicles.

Works Great in any RC
I actually put this in a 1/16 Traxxas Slash to replace the stock one because of the built in antenna. You do not need an antenna tube w this receiver but you do w the standard Traxxas one. No idea why but the range is about he same too. So I definitely recommend using these Latrax receivers instead of the XL5.
