We're at a loss on this Feedback No clue why or what happened. We reached out to the buyer several times via eBay Emails, even called and left a message in voice mail asking them to call back so we could resolve what ever issue they had. Our requests were met with silence from the buyer. I can't fix something that I don't know about, reach out to us before you leave negative feedback, or at least respond back, when we try to get a hold of you. No clue what we may have done wrong...
