Item as described. Hint of cigarette smoke or perhaps it was mold from newspapers. Shipping cost expensive because vendor used a box to mail the cover between folded newspapers. The item was not contained within stiff cardboard like other vendors use for philatelic covers. A very unusual method of mailing philatelic material.

This is the cheapest way for my to ship to the states with tracking and this was from a non smoking environment. Don't under stand what he is talking about. Never had this type of compliant in all the time I have been selling. Another thing is that he was shown shipping price before he had bought this cover so I don't understand why he is complaining about shipping cost.
