|
---|
If for any reason you are not satisfied, products may be returned within 60 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged). Returns must be processed through eBay. Grainger will not accept eBay returns through the local branches.
Return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange.
Should you receive damaged product, customers MUST send photos of the item and the damaged packaging in lieu of returning the item for a refund. Once images are received and Grainger confirms the damage, the refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.
Returned items must be in the original packaging.
Product returns may be denied or made subject to restocking fees and other charges by Grainger.
International Return Policy At this time, all orders using the Global Shipping Program will be final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. However, if a buyer feels the need to return an item, they must pay for their own return shipping. Order defects will be handled on a case by case basis. In the event of a refund, the seller is only responsible for refunding the item price (USD) and the domestic shipping paid to send the item to the Global Shipping Provider.

Solar water storage tank
Will replace temping valve unit guts ( without brazing a whole unit) on my solar water heater tank which is 23 years old. This use for Mixing cold and hot water mixing to prevent burns, also can be adjusted to 120-160 degree temperature if your house is old without shower temping valve. Also it's made by WATTS.

Regular Mixing Valve
This mixing valve is inherent in many older homes from the 1980's through the 90's. It's used mostly on Oil burners with Forced Hot water and domestic hot water all in the same system, where a hot water heater is NOT used. They tend to leak at the screw under the cap after about 5 years. If you have any minerals in your water you will see these turn a nice green color after the 5th to 10th year. The other problem with these is, they have a spring mechanism inside that under hard water conditions will fill up with sediment, usually white crystals that block the function of the valve. Lastly the little cup at the bottom of the valve will just disintegrate over time, allowing more water to pass through the system. As well as the lower copper screw that sits at the bottom of the valve, will also disintegrate over time. These valves tend to require being changed every 7 to 10 years, and are NOT the last line in defense to prevent scalding of children. Your shower-head is a far better method in the prevention of scalding, as these will only last for about a year in terms of good heat regulation.
