    More description needed...

    The description would be better if it included dimensions.......it would do well with smaller units that sit close to the wall. I believe it was built well and included enough hardware but could not use it as our 24000btu unit needed to be mounted 12 inches from wall.

    This product is garbage

    I purchased 4 of these and they are all the same. The holes do not line up and it is impossible to make a right angle without drilling a new hole which will fail. The bottom arm is not long enough to install the unit far enough away from the wall to conform with Senville requirements. I hope their mini splits are not made to the same quality as this junk

    Worked well. Just needed instructions in box.

    Worked as hoped.. like the product.. Seemed sturdy.. and well made.. Only downfall was..no instructions ! This was my first one to install... Took awhile to figure out... but finally did and did what I wanted.
