    Since it is so short, you can always do the exercise a second time.

    I have not done Yoga before so I was concerned it wasn't going to be a challenge for me sitting down...WRONG. I was surprised it was only about 20 minutes long. That was probably good for a beginner but may not be challengeing enough for a veteran.

    I fractured my back in four places and had not been able to do my daily yoga so it has helped fill that part of my day some twisting I’m not able to do yet as I’m still recovering This would be a great starting video for beginners
