    Very enlightening and a true eye-opener. Who would have thought that years of eating wrong food could actually affect your brain, and that it's your brain that needs to stay in tact in order for your body to remain healthy. I actually feel my brain tingling when eating some of the brain-boosting recommended foods. It's changed the way I look at food. I'm actually losing weight -- albeit slowly, but I'm not complaining -- by changing what I eat. My original goal was to heal my body, so losing weight as well is a definite plus!
