Damages
I got what I paid for. Priced at $5, I offered $3....accepted. When received, the snips kept catching on the screw that holds one of the blades. I had an old dull pair that I had loved too much to throw away. Swapped out the screws from each, and now have sharp snips again. It worked out, but they should have been labeled as ‘damaged’.
