Quill Stem
I have a vintage Peugeot with a 22mm stem size requirement. I had to replace the "stock" French stem, since it snapped in half. I bought this hoping that the diameter measured 22mm or less since it is ISO size and is "nominal" of 22.2 mm. I lucked out and the stem measured 21.9mm and it fit perfectly! Looks great!

It fits, is affordable, looks good and matches my Origin8 handlebar. It's a very good deal. The only improvement I can think of is that I would like to have options on angles, because I'd prefer a stem that rises slightly.
