Great brush
Really like the way this works. I especially like it that this model has a gum massage mode which my old model did not have. Also the meter really works for my 4 year old. She loves to brush to get the smiley face and 5 stars!!

Terrible battery life!!
This electric toothbrush has a terrible battery life. I don't know if it's a general issue or if I just got a defective one. Can only get 2 uses out of it and batteries go dead. Would not recommend.

New timer doesn't work, Can I get a new one???? Thanks!!!
I have an old Oral B electric toothbrush, but it recently died. So I bought this one. When I opened the new package the timer didn't work. I opened up the battery compartment and It had corroded batteries in it. I cleaned the post and replaced the batteries with new ones and the timer still doesn't work. I've been using the my old timer. Can I get a new timer? I purchased Allstate insurance for this item. The toothbrush itself works great!!!
