The box I received with this item in was torn and ripped. However the part inside was wrapped and protected well. Item looked like original,however it was a little thicker which made installing it harder do to tight tolerances between the studs and the pully for AC. I ended up grinding down the leftt corner about .1000 of and inch to match original. Will say that with the items you see today it was good to see someone making a product thicker and not thinner. Highly satisfied.
