My hens love their new nesting box, I do too! Very quick delivery! When received, the little roost is lying flat against the nesting box, but all you have to do is press in on both sides and it pulls out so the chickens can stand on it. The nest does not have a back to it but there are a four places for nails and the box will hang flat against the wall. Easy to hang and to remove from the wall if needed because the nail holes are made so the nest will slide off and on the wall. Holds hay well.
