Easy to do and affordable
I found this product to be just what i needed. It was easy to purchase and install. My Polaris is like new again ,climbs walls and steps like it did when I first bought it. This kit gives you all the parts that keep your Polaris working, at a fraction of the cost of a new machine. All you need is a Phillips & flathead screwdriver. My 280 was a max Trax and with the included parts I was able to convert to regular 280. I took my time, but took less than 2 hrs. Not technical at all, very easy job. I think it is a great tune-up kit. Could use instructions, but I found a video that walked me thru it. Works like a champ. There were cheaper kits, but generic. OEM parts are always better, but you usually pay more. Rebuild your polaris, now!
I own two old polaris 280. Both broke after several years. Rather than buy #3 i scavenged parts from the two to build one working unit. Hallelujah! It worked. Polaris tune up kit
Great product. Only two negative comments. It would be good if it included a new plastic replacement clip to secure the tail hose. The original broke on disassembly and they are not easy to find locally. It is also bizarre that it is cheaper to import direct from the USA rather than sourcing in the UK. A slight price reduction by avoiding air freight charges would be appreciated but perhaps there aren't enough sold to make it worthwhile for a UK concessionnaire.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Running like new again
Instructions were a bit vague - I guess due to being for both 180 and 280, but this kit replaced all the moving parts so I think will get me a few more years of use.
