    Great Product

    I have an incurable digestive stomach disorder. I have tried many things in the past eight years with some relief. After I started on Primal Defence and being on it for a few months I noticed the chronic diarrhea was gone, ninety percent of the Gerd, and I am once again eating things in moderation I didn't think possible. That being said you must go slow. I would open a capsule and only take a pinch a day in a smoothie. I did that for several weeks. I am up to two capsules a day. Anytime you take a probiotic you get what is called die-off of the bad bacteria...which can make you feel fluish and have diarrhea.
