At first,I thought that it would be possible to command my SB-5000 FLASH with the wireless remote adaptor. NO WAY. Only for D5 and D500...i use a D810....it's only a remote control for firing your camera at distance... Why NIKON sells it without advising clearly that it will not fire your SB-5000 flash if you do not use a D5 or D500 ? Furthermore, the price is exaggerated. And the SB-5000 with is very expensive too, should accept to be commanded by the WR-10 without been so discriminating. I bought it for that...and the WR-10 too. What a deception...Dont ask why more and more photographers leave Nikon for Canon or others... I hope Nikon will update the firmware for a better match and have more sympathy for its customers .Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
