Although the pieces are a good quality, color wise, the pieces are really tiny and hard to work with. They don't interlock, and come apart very easily when you're having to move even a small section. The pieces are all cut so uniformly that it's very easy to put one in the wrong place, therefore throwing off the entire puzzle. I've given up on a couple of the puzzles bc of this. I've ordered quite a few of these puzzles and they arrive brand new, in a sealed box, the pieces in a sealed bag. Yet EVERY puzzle is missing 1-5 pieces. Very annoying. BUT … IF the puzzle is complete, they ARE very pretty once done. So they have good and bad points.

I thought a 500 piece puzzle would be all the same sizes, or close to them. I have started to do puzzles with this virus shutdown and have done 500 and 550 pieces. So I didnt look at the size of this puzzle, as I "assumed" all 500 were about the same size--LESSON LEARNED! This is a cheap crummy puzzle. The pieces are tiny-AND alot of the "arms" of the pieces are either fallen off or are about to. This was a brand new puzzle-as it was in the enclosed bag in the box. ONLY positive I can give here is LOVED THE PICTURE!

The puzzles came quickly and were well packaged. The 7 puzzles were in a very small box. The puzzles are very small and the pices are tiny. The puzzles were for my 9 year old son and my 76 year old mother. Both love puzzles and refused to even open the bag. I was directed to send them back as they thought the puzzle would be too difficult to put together. This might work for you if you don't mind small pieces.

It came in a small box with the color picture on the front. Inside the box thee was a cellophane bag sealed with all the pieces. My first clue that something was wrong was when there a was a piece missing from the border. Being that this is a 500 piece puzzle I figured it would show up eventually. After completing the puzzle, there were four pieces missing. All the other pieces were used and fit together. Other than the missing pieces it was fun to work on and if it had all the pieces I would have given it 5 stars.
