We have been using this product Betadine Seaweed Extract since it first came out I believe sometime in the mid-2020 and we have never had any flu or colds. We use it before we go to grocery and other stores and after we get home. I didn't feel comfortable going out even with mask before the vaccines. We still use it now even after having 3 boosters and with masks for full protection against Covid and Flu.
