Beautiful but time-consuming...
A beautiful model indeed. But quite challenging & time-consuming. The decals are its greatest weakness. There are far too many of those & some are meant to be placed in close to joints & moving parts, making them not very desirable. A good painting job with enamel paint might do the trick. The weapons system is also badly conceived although simple & elegant solutions are easy to come by to make this toy enjoyable. If you like to build & paint Warhammer, this is for you...I just wish that instead of having a ton of decals, a system of interlocking parts would have been used to make this colourful mecha a much happier camper. If you want to enjoy valkiries quickly, go for Bandai's DX Shogokin collection. If you don't have the money for those & dozens of hours to build & paint models go for the plastic model.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
