It has great features. They caller ID works great. I guess it is a Lightweight.
I would give it a 5 if you would have sent the white one because that is the color I ordered but you didn't. I tried to send it back but I had to have a different box & a different return slip. The post office wouldn't except the box that the phone came in & the return slip had First Class on it & they wouldn't except that either so I HAD to keep it. Yes, it has a speaker phone, and can use a 2.5 mm headset, too. If you don't plug in a headset, you can go back and forth between handset and speaker phone,. But, if you plug in the headset, that's all you can use. Note: I recently found out that you can buy a headset, right here on ebay, that you can plug into a regular landline phone's handset line, and use it in lieu of the handset.
