Beautiful machine but not reliable
That's the third of this machine that I purchase and even though this is a brand new one I have been already facing issues with the efficiency that's why I bought a new one because the previous one that I had kept ruining the espresso pods they keep "opening up" during the brewing process spilling coffee all over the top and down the machine even though I always clean the machine and this new one keeps doing the same thing so I'm starting to wonder that maybe it's the pod and not the machine but I'll keep cleaning it and starting all over again for now until I find a more efficient machine. If anyone knows one coffee machine that makes espressos and cappuccinos please let me know. Thank you. Just an explanation: the machine works like 90 to 95% of the times but there's always that time that the machine "betrays" you with I least expect specially when I start the espresso and go somewhere else and when I'm back to do the milk part I find coffee all over the counter. This is my second T-20. After 6 years the first one quit. I visit friends and family with K cups and every once in awhile, I will get a good cup of coffee, but tassimo will make a cup of coffee quicker and the water reservoir is much easier to refill on the tassimo. T disks are not available everywhere like k cups. I buy from bed bath and beyond using 20% off coupon.
