I am using this drive as a secondary drive in an Asus EEEBox 1007 64-bit machine. It is working flawlessly with Windows Server 2008 R2 and a full array of 64-bit packages running as well. It is quite astounding as to the performance of this machine with the drive access speed comparable to a full blown based processor type machine. I highly recommend Hitachi with their 2 1/2" line being great performers. They were also just bought out by Western Digital which is one of my favorites in the past.
The used 320 GB Internal 5400 RPM 2.5" (HTS543232A7A384) Hard Drive still good choice for upgrade old 160 GB Hard Drive. Works well without issue, chipper value and same quality.
Just what I needed to get a Toshiba laptop up and running again after the original hdd had apparently failed. No problem with installation and was recognized immediately by the bios. My only regret is that I did not upgrade to a larger drive. If I decide to buy a larger drive I will buy an enclosure and use the 320 GB drive as an external drive.
