Great Printer once you Configure
I never used a thermal label printer before.I tried to set it up and had problems and no clue how to fix them.But once i did its a great printer and citizens customer service is good.First thing to do is download the driver,manual and software from citizens website.Since this was setup for someone else computer and label settings i did a factory reset it fixed all the issues.So if you have issues look online and do the factory reset Then calibrate the sensor instructions are in the manual.After that you should be able to print.Im now printing 4x6 thermal shipping labels for ebay auctions it also works for ups and fedex.I did have an issue with the barcode having a zig zag pattern i looked at the printer setting from my computer and turned dither off that fixed it now the barcode image is straight line.I hope my review helps someone who had the same issues i had.Also make sure you clean the print head with alcohol that will fix printing issues from glue build up.I am very glad i got this model printer it works great and takes 1 second to print a 4x6 label i can print 50 labels in 50 seconds.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
