Better than OEM.
I ordered a second one to replace my second harbor breeze switch. The buttons on the harbor switch became slow and unresponsive. This switch is a very good and responsive. My first one was replaced 3 years ago and is still working like new. Unlike the OEM harbor switch which gets sluggish after the first year.
