We received our custom name patches in a timely manner. They are of good quality and accurate to my order requests. The patches are not backed with any iron-on glue (which is what I expected), but I was a little surprised at the fact that they are thinner than a typical patch. This does not affect the quality and you cannot tell once the patch is sewn on your garment. Thank you!

No tracking Multiple messages only exacerbated the problem. Regrettable. I could have thrown them considerable business. Cannot recommend if intending to use for any patches requiring accuracy.
