Love this phone because it easily fits well into any of my pockets (I have lost other phones but I don't think I will lose this one. My only negative is the small letters and numbers for texting make it a little difficult for me to txt but overall I love the phone. Had an older model of this phone for 6 years. Worked perfectly. Simple text and call phone, no data plan required. Old phone survived being dropped, sat on, and even went through the washer AND dryer and kept on working fine. I can go three days between battery charges, but I don't use my phone to call or text every day like most people do. I do however have it on at all times. Exactly what I want and need. When the battery would no longer charge on my older model, it didn't seem worth buying a new battery for a phone that was almost 7 years old..... and the phone was old enough that I could not get text messages from my friends who had iPhones. Their messages showed up as gibberish. So time to upgrade to the newer model! I wasn't disappointed. Same great battery life, small profile, easy to use number and letter keys for texting and calling, great sound quality, and no expensive data plan required. Great phone for a lame world
This phone is the greatest mobile phone to ever exist. It's Qwerty keypad allowed you to type a real text without being auto corrected so you sound like an imbecile to the person your texting. Small and sleek like a mobile phone should be and built like a tank to survive over a dozen falls without a scratch! Not like the fragile computers people shove in their back pocket to stretch out their jeans and claim it's a phone. The battery lasted for 5-7 days of daily usage without needing to be charged. How can you beat that? No internet? So what? It's a bloody phone! I bought this to replace the EXACT same phone I finally broke after 12 years! I managed to avoid smartphones with this little diamond until ALL the phone carriers refused to hook up the phone and literally forced me to upgrade to a smartphone with data. LG cosmos verizon phone
At first the front buttons were really sensitive and had trouble activating it . the Verizon guy couldn't type in the numbers any better than I could but I found a number to call online and called it - then the Verizon helpline talked us through it. bought it to replace one like it that the buttons quit working or only worked part of the time. so far,, it's working fine, I like the way it's made, durable. sorry I don;t know what a small form factor is.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

If you text a lot, this is a great basic brick-phone. It has a long battery life and is extremely durable-- I've dropped mine off a moving bike on more than one occasion and had no problem. Worn out
I bought this as it was just like my old one. However after paying 25.00 to have the address book transferred I find it just skipped a lot of them. It worked pretty good at first. Now it drops text messages and real slow when it is making a message and sometimes just puts the letter in 4-5 times and you have to clear. Worse than mine was that I replaced. What is the worst is the dropped text messages that I don't get. Between the phone and transferring I am now in it for $50.00 and will now have to buy a good phone. Great phone, but be forewarned about Verizon not activating phones of this kind/phasing them out by end of 2019
The phone itself is great, I had my previous one for like 7.5 years until my son dropped it in the toilet (and it still kinda sorta worked!).
