Great printer that does not work
The printer was in an unopened box and all the equipment was bagged and wrapped from the manufacturer's factory. But when I tried to print I continuously got a message telling me there was a paper jam. I did everything I used to do with my old Kodak 5210 but there was no actual jam. I tried several times to print by telling the printer I had fixed the jam but the paper would be pulled from only one sid. I tried many times by holding the side that was being pulled and then I got the message that there was a paper jam. I change the paper to the photographic paper that came with the printer (4x6) and although it went through, there was nothing printed and the paper was wrinkled. I have finally given up and ordered another printer. also Kodak because I think it is the best photo printsVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

doesn't work
The printer worked for 3 day, since the first day i plug it in the printing quality was poor, very light, but now doesn't print at all. I put new ink, It shows in the the computer that the ink is full, but it doesn't print anything. When i bought it, in the description said new print head.
