The SAS interface of the HP AP859A enables you to transfer data between the HP internal HDD and the host at 600 Mbps speed. As this internal hard drive is hot swappable, you can replace the existing drive in your system with zero downtime in case of drive failure, thus improving the performance of this 15000 RPM hard drive.
