Bought this to make my LGA-1155 system capable of playing Battlefield 1 at 60 fps. This CPU is fast. I have it overclocked to 4.4 GHz on air with only a very minor voltage boost. This gives it similar performance to an i5-6600K at stock clock. Not bad for a 5-year-old processor. Never exceeds 65 *C, even during stress testing. Great value, 10/10, would buy again.

Got this to upgrade my old 2500k based gaming rig. It removed the bottle neck from my GTX1070. These chips overclock about 1Ghz higher than stock speed on average. It really put some more pep in it. Forza 7 now runs 70 FPS in 4k on ultra settings.
