Solid Performance, great upgrade
I would recommend this to anyone upgrading their Mac Pro 5,1 computer from any previous processor (or other PC tower with compatible motherboard for that matter). I had swapped mine out once before adding 2 x 2.66 GHz Xeons and this new pair clocked at 3.47 GHz is even more of a solid performance boost in real-world testing. Any creative professional will appreciate this upgrade bringing them closer to the performance of the new top-end Mac Pro 6,1 for a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended!
