I've used this stuff in the Army. I used a hot knife to cut a nylon sling load rope. Then used this product to dip the rope ends. Dipped and held it for 5 seconds. Let it dry enough to dip again. Then let dry over night. Works absolutely awesome. Colors vary. I've used,it,on tools as well. Good insulator from impact and conductive energy.

Used for a different application. Applied with a brush. Have to do several coats as recommended ion the directions. Good consistency and easy to apply with a brush. As specified you should wait 4 hrs between coats.

This is a great product, I have used it for dipping my tool handles. I even used it to paint a steal boat anchor so it would not rust or damage the fiber glass coating on our boat. The coating drys very nicely. Michael

I cant remember what I paid. Local hardware doesn't carry colors. After a few dips the level goes down fast, so a pair of Channel locks or socket wrench won't be covered but about 4 inches. You can only cover shorter and shorter tools. Doesn't brush on. So what do I do with half a can left?

Very good product. I used the same product in spray form and wasn't impressed at all. This form of Plasti-Dip gave the results I was looking for.
