Plastic But Well Made And Easy To Mount
At first glance I thought that the plastic bracket would break but it didn't and it seems tougher than I had first thought. All the holes were in the right place for the USB panel and the computer case. It comes with it's own screws but not the USB panel screws which is OK. Works great and easy to align so it mounts flush and looks very original.

Horrible Quality
This product appears good when you first see it, but it is made with very low accuracy. Most annoying was its big screw holes, made perhaps to accept quarter-inch bolds. You need to use washers if the 3.5" component only accepts smaller screws. The critical sides where screw holes were look simply tapered in thickness. Very disappointed StarTech should let such low quality stuff use its name.

Makes mounting drives much easier
I've enjoyed these much more than the standard metal brackets. Drives mount quickly and easily, and I actually used a thumbscrew to mount them in the bay to keep them secured. Had to use very mild force, as those screws self-thread, but work just fine. If you don't want to use thumbscrews, the included ones will work just as well.

A great addition to a computer!
This 5.25" adapter bay allows me to put in what ever I want. I can install a small floppy drive or install a light 3.5" bay for a miniature Multi-insert. The bay is a nice addition to a computer!
