Works great with Comcast
It was time for us to upgrade from a DOCSYS 2.0 cable modem to a DOCSYS 3.0, and this one was a great value for the upgrade. it was perfect, but not accepted by comcast
Here is an update. Not that it means anything this late, but my internet was cut off by Xfinity-Comcast here, and I called in 'why'? They claim this unit was in Maryland, and was still attached to an account there. So they would not allow me to use it any longer. Damn shame that they waited so long to figure that out. This is posted just as a head's-up in case anyone else buys a used unit like this. Comcast really ran me around terribly. I bought another new unit at Walmart. oh well......... I had a rental modem just like this one from Comcast-Xfinity, and this fit perfectly. I was able to return the rental and now save $10 / mo. WOW I spent hundreds I bet....
