I have a lot of crowns and my teeth will shred floss as well as the cutter on the package. This floss is much thicker than regular tape floss, but it pops in and out with no noticeable damage. With regular tape,half my time is trying to floss the shredded pieces out of my teeth. For this size, you will need a dispenser. Plasdent makes a good one. This is excellent stuff. I hope they won't stop making it.

i have used ultraclean mint floss for many years and i like it best of all the flosses i have tried. since listerine markets the floss only in smaller containers, i use the professional refillable container with refill spools and am happy with that arrangement. the floss is very effective and because it is stretchy, it is easier to use than non-stretchy flosses.
