Arrived in pieces and won't work.
The lamp arrived in pieces, with the metal mounting brackets rattling around in the package. I tried to replace the lamp in my Panasonic pt-dz570u, and the projector refused to recognize the new lamp. I contacted the projector's customer support, and also tried a variety of troubleshooting steps, but was not able to get the new lamp to be recognized. The old bulb works fine, it is purely an issue with the new lamp's chip. I would not recommend this lamp.
