So far so good. Easy and fun to use. Easy to clean. Dry pasta brushes off readily. Look on the underside of the cutter for any dried bits. Make sure the clamp is tight, otherwise it will move as you turn the handle. Haven't tried the raviolini attachment yet, but looking forward to it. Clean the cutters by running through a small amount of pasta dough before first use as instructed. Play around with different thicknesses. We prefer just a little thinner, say setting 7 for the fettuccine using our recipe. Enjoy!
