Surprisingly good
These have multiple adjustments to get the lenses and light exactly where you need them. The lens case is a great feature to keep the lenses scratch free as opposed to multiple lenses thrown in a drawer like my old headband. Terrific Quality Magnifiers
Over the years I have used several different approaches to magnification for examining beehives and other purposes. Recently the pair I was using broke and the need to replace them urgent. I looked at several variations until I came upon this headset. The price was right so I ordered it and another kind I had used in the past. After receiving both I decided to do a side by side comparison. This pair was superior in the following areas; 1. Fit. Very comfortable to wear, and it comes with an elastic headband in addition to the standard glass arms. The solid headband made of the other pair made me sweat and was uncomfortable causing a headache. 2. Lense alternatives. There are numerous lenses with the right magnification thickness for the job at hand. Many more alternatives to the counterpart pair. 3. Quality. I was impressed with the quality of the headset. There are little details that range from simple rubber surfaces that help keep the glasses on even when sweating, to the comfortable nose guard. Most importantly these glasses are very well made and can take a beating. I have gone through at least six variations of the competition. This blows them away. 4. Lighting. The headset uses three AAA batteries to power a superior set of LED lights that vastly outshined the other headset with standard filament bulb. 5. Weight. Maybe the best feature of all, the weight of this headset is very light. So light in fact I forgot they were on at times. These were far lighter than the black solid headband unit. 6. Usability. The lense positioning is superior and easily lift out of the way and hold in place unlike the other set which will fall back in place if I nod my head the wrong way. The light position is adjustable to any lense position. Overall this headset is a terrific value and well worth the investment even if you don't need them. Better than prescription readers to see details
I love these glasses! Not only can I see to do detail work on my art hands free (which is why I purchased them)... Because of the light and extra magnifying lenses, I can see to trim the nails on my tiny 4 pound Pomeranian. Before having these magnifier glasses, I had to take my dog to the vet for nail trims, even with prescription readers, I couldn't see close enough to trust trimming her nails. Saves me money on doggie nail trims, and allows me to do the extra detail art work. Just awesome. light/strong with several magnification options

That is a word I rarely use to describe a product. I fix musical instruments. For decades they had us wearing that big, clunky, gray visor magnifier that cost $70. NO MORE. That day is over. These are exceptionally light weight. You will forget you have them on. It has and eye-glass option though I recommend the elastic strap that comes with it for longer use and comfort. It has FIVE different magnification lenses that take 1 second to replace without removing visor. 1X, 1.5, 2, 2.5, and a 3.5X magnification. It allows you to move the lenses front to back, and angle as well. It has an easily adjustable LED light that is powerful and uses available AAA batteries. Super Sharp Vision
Not a day goes by that I fail to rely on this cost effective and precision binocular optical system. Be it for my close up repairs of precision electronic systems or just reading a comic book. I will leave you with this important note. Please remember to take your time with the adjustment of the nose bridge support. Not perfect, but...
The design of this product was well thought of. Nothing is perfect but so far this is one of the better ones being offered. Lights work pretty good and magnification is decent. I work with wood and only gave it 4 stars because even though there is a good selection of stronger lens I still need to get close to the work piece for more intricate detail and exposed to the wood dust. It would be nice if someone developed an adjustable lens somewhat like a progressive lens to use different levels of magnification w/o changing lens as often. Can be worn over eyeglasses. Great magnifier.
I use these magnifying glasses a lot. I like that they can be worn over regular glasses, have a good light, and you can see your item from a distance that is comfortable for you. The different lenses can be switched out depending on how much magnification you need. There is a head strap you can attach so that the glasses don't slide down your nose, but I haven't needed it yet. The thickest lenses are a little bit heavy on your nose, but not uncomfortably so. I thought these were a good value and they seem to be decently well-made. Have been using them for a couple of months to look at coins, jewelry, close stitching, etc... with no problems.
