I have been taking this supplement for over a year. My hair has grown so long and thick and glossy. It is stronger and my nails and skin have improved as well. Wonderful vitamins! I have used them for years now and they never fail to do what they say. I suffer for frequent hair loss due to chronic illness. For thinning hair
I’ve been taking these supplements for about a year. I have very fine and thin hair. I did notice some new hair growth in the front which has remained so far. My hair is definitely growing faster as well. Don’t count on these supplements if you want a full, thick head of hair. They work subtly. It feels good to not have little bald spots though.

Everybody is different and everybody needs a different amount of biotin etc. this product works for me and I love it. . However, medication can alter hair growth and new spots where it stops growing. Check with your dermatologist prior to taking anything.
