Great deal on power cable adapters.
My old CD-ROM drive finally died for good a few weeks ago. I had already purchased a replacement a few months earlier, but failed to notice that it was SATA instead of IDE. Of course, when I went to install it, it was a no-go since I didn't have a SATA power connector. I had a spare SATA data cable, but no power. Just what I needed
If you have an older power supply in your PC like mine that has the old style 4 pin Molex power connectors for drives, this adapter is what you need to install newer SATA devices (HDD's, SSD's, etc) since they no longer have the 4 pin Molex power connectors on them.
