This control is used by any number of brands that use the same mechanical frame. They all use the same part# though. Works very well actually. Because of the way the control hangs from all chairs there's always a chance that it will fail, but that's the design, not the fault of the product. Very happy, and if I have to replace it again in 5 years, I have no issues. Didn't have to go back to my local retailer where I purchased the chair. (their price is a bit above double what I paid through Ebay). Recommended!

I was pricing these at a local Med Supply store and I would have paid at least $50 to $70 higher for this. In terms of quality it was easy to replace, and performs well right away. No reprogramming needed. I beat upibe pretty good, with the wiring protection coming off near the connection to this control. I was afraid it would break completely after my "professional" duct-taping started coming off! Glad I found this!
