QC Failed To Notice the Cracked CD
Product was damaged. Must have been missed by their QC. If they had taken the CD out of the case and looked at the playing surface, it is hard to believe that they missed the damage. I did not play the CD but since the crack penetrated the playing area, it is likely not to play that song and the crack will likely crack further with use. Unfortunately, I wasted a lot of time and no longer to have this CD to give to my son for Christmas. He really likes Kitten on the Keys and this is the only CD I could find with it on. The CD was packaged well so damage does not appear to have been caused by shipping. I will likely give them another chance as the CD was packaged well. However, I don't know when I will be buying another used CD.
