For the same reasons...a very good choice
Slower swing speeds brought on by my aging body made me search for a gap wedge (dw) with a little more forgiveness compared to my stiff flex md4's. Look at the online reviews and overall lots of critics and hackers like me really like them, too. Not only more distance but a very easy way to play the game. Great for my closer in approach shots.
