Tom Tom 1535 TM live
Overall a good unit. It rerouted me on my last trip as a road was closed and it told me well before I saw any signs. I told it ok and it did the rest. Also I was in a traffic jam. As I was thinking how long will this last. It told me in 10 min. I would be back on schedule. So I like the live updates. It never failed to get me where I needed to go. The downside is you have to buy a SD card that go's in the unit for more memory. It's hard to find. You pull out a tab on the bottom. I removed and downsized some maps for more space that the Tom Tom site has to update your unit but it did not help. This was never mentioned in any thing I saw or read. So I can't download anything till I buy one. I'm not sure how much they cost or which type I need. But why not be upfront and tell the buyer this information before they buy it. Very tricky I think. So now I have to spend more money that I did not plan for. One other thing. It talks more often than my other Tom Tom did. Some roads it keeps repeating what you already know. The road your on. Free maps are a LIE!!
bought "Brand New" in Jan of 2016 logged into TomTom to create account and update unit since it was telling me it was 48 months out of date everything went fine the first time it updated told me all was good to go been using it daily for last 2 months until a screen pops up on the unit itself and tells me im now 37 months out of date.... OK... so i log back into TomTom connect my device and up pops a $64.95 price tag for 1 year of updates.... then why did i buy a TomTom 1535TM and for those who dont know TM stands for Traffic and Maps dont forget the word "Lifetime" on the box either so after spending over $100 for this thing over the "lifetime" map updates im then wanted to spend an additional $65 two months later.... any one else seeing whats wrong here.... You can do much better than this knock off.

Excellent GPS
It finds satellite fastest of any GPS that I have used so far. I like the voice command, only problem that I have had is with Bluetooth, with windows rolled down is hard to use because of background noise, with window up works great.
