Product came in three days earlier then expected which gave me time to install clocking in twenty at just 20 minutes. Items were securely contained in a sealed plastic bag, inside a hard box. Communication was a bit delayed but fairly quick text responses. They assured me of my delivery and the confidence that I could do the installation having no problem - smooth install. All that's needed is a pin-nose plier with little time. You can Google how to do this and you'll see how straight ahead it really is. Yes, I highly recommend vendor especially if you're looking for original Roland GX plotter parts. You may pay a bit more, being original parts, but well worth it. These rollers will last.
